There is no cost to join our wine club. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to receiving two shipments, a $50 early cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

By enrolling in one of our wine clubs, you are agreeing to accept two scheduled club shipments. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to the second shipment, an administrative fee of $50 will be charged to your account.

In the case of the Select or Crimson Club, billing occurs three times per year in February, May and October. For a member of the Elite Club, billing will occur four times per year in February, May, October and November.

Prior to billing we will send a notification to the email address we have on file. This email notification will be sent at least two weeks in advance. This email is to notify you of the upcoming wines in the club shipment. If after receiving this email, you would like to make any changes to your shipment or update any personal information, please let us know by the deadline specified in the notification email. After the notification, we will bill the credit card we have on file. Once you have been charged for your shipment you will receive an email with a receipt for your club shipment. 

Members of our wine club are encouraged to bring guests with them, and share some of the wonderful benefits of being a club member such as: tastings in the tasting room, use of the picnic area and private tastings in the Club Room. Members must be present for guests to take advantage of these benefits. 

If you need to update your account with new information such as, billing or shipping address, phone number, email address or credit card information, you may log on to our website anytime using your username and password. You can always contact us directly by phone 707-963-9454 x28, or email  wineclub@whitehalllane.com. 

An adult signature is required for delivery. We suggest that you provide us with a business address to ensure that a signature can be obtained at delivery. Shipping services typically make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to the sender. At that time, we will contact you in an attempt to resend your club shipment.

*If your order is returned to the winery or an address change is required while in transit, your account will be charged the appropriate service fees. 

In the unfortunate event that a bottle is damaged, the shipping service we use will typically catch any broken contents before it is sent to the receiver.  If you do receive broken or leaking bottles in your shipment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can do our best to rectify the situation. 

All will call members will receive an email and a post card notifying them of the release and our Open House. As a will call member, you are encouraged to attend our Open House events and pick up your shipment. This is an opportunity for you to sample the wines in your shipment, chat with the winemaker and owner, as well as receive special “day of” pricing. If you are unable to attend the Open House, we are happy to hold your shipment for you for up to 45 days after you were initially charged. If you are unable to pick up the wine, we’ll conveniently ship the wine to you at the address we have on file. Shipping charges will be applied to the credit card on file. 

Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your shipment for you. Just be sure to give us a call with the name of the person picking up, prior to their arrival, so that we can make notes on your account. 

We understand that things come up and that you may need to temporarily suspend your membership. As a member of the Whitehall Lane Wine Club we will put your membership on hold for two shipments. Keep in mind that your wine club benefits will be on hold as well. Once your membership suspension is over, your membeship will become automatically active and you will be notified with the email notification of the upcoming club shipment. 

Your wine club membership lasts for as long as you wish it to. There is no fee to join our wine club, the only costs are the wines in your shipments. By enrolling in our wine club you are agreeing to receive a minimum two club shipments. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to receiving two shipments, a $50 early cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

We hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership we must receive notice one week prior to the release of the club shipment. If we do not receive your cancellation request by the determined deadline, you are agreeing to accept the current shipment. You will be notified that a shipment is on the way approximately two weeks prior to your shipment being processed. 

Select Club: 
Includes a selection of everything we have to offer with a mix of our red and white wines. Members of the Select Club will receive 3 bottles per shipment, 3 times a year (February, May and October).
The average cost per shipment is $200 (plus the cost of shipping and taxes).

Benefits include: 

  • 15% discount on all wine current release purchases 
  • Special reorder pricing 
  • Invitations to winery exclusive events 
  • Complimentary tastings in the tasting room and clubroom, and access to our garden for picnics 

Crimson Club: 
Includes a selection of our current released red wines and hand picked library Reserve and Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons. Each shipment will consist of 4 bottles, 3 times a year (February, May and October). The average cost per shipment is $300 (plus the cost of shipping and taxes).

  • Complimentary tastings in the tasting room and clubroom, and access to our garden for picnics 

Elite Club:
Includes a selection for the serious wine collector. Enjoy a bottle of everything we have to offer, and selected Library and Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons. Each shipment will consist of 6 bottles, 4 times a year (February, May, October and November). The average cost per shipment is $400 (plus the cost of shipping and taxes).

Benefits include: 

  • 20% discount on all wine purchases 
  • Special reorder pricing 
  • Invitations to winery exclusive events 
  • Complimentary tastings in the tasting room and clubroom, and access to our garden for picnics
