Upcoming cooking classes at Whitehall Lane Winery

Join Chef Larry in our kitchen for a lunch to remember. Chef Larry will teach and prepare an exquisite lunch perfectly paired with Whitehall Lane wines. Classes require a minimum of 4 people so bring your friends and family for a delicious afternoon. Preparation and lunch will last approximately two hours.

 

September & October Classes

Beet & Orange Salad-Fresh beets tossed with orange & orange vinaigrette
Sweet Potato Lasagna-Thin slices of sweet potato with ricotta & lemon sauce
Goat Cheese Cheesecake with Grape Compote-A new twist on the classic!
Served with Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir & Cabernet Sauvignon

Olive Tapenade with Crostini-French style olive dip with French toasts
Ratatouille-Mixed vegetables in classic French preparation
Grilled Flatiron Steak-Grilled marinated steak
Served with Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon

Lemon Risotto-Classic Italian short grain rice flavored with fresh lemon
Beef Croquettes-Tuscan meat rolls in red wine sauce
Peaches in Spiced White Wine-The name says it all
Served with Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon & Belmuscato 

Artichoke & Feta Tart-Artichokes & Feta on Puffed Pastry
White Wine Chicken-Chicken breast simmered in white wine sauce
Ricotta Torta-Rustic & light Sicilian style dessert
Served with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir

 

Minimum 4 to 6 people per class, advanced registration.  Class starts at 11:45 am every Friday & Saturday and runs approximately two hours.  Class includes cooking demonstration, recipes and lunch with Chef Larry (lunch includes all foods prepared at class and paired wines)
Fee: $75.00 per person (48 hour Cancellation for full refund)
